As soon as Amar Bose completed his research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology,bought himself a music system where he found that the quality of music that is produced was dissappointing. His urg to find out why the best systems of 1950s sounded so awful led him to do research on it.

He set up his company in 1964 with just 1 employeeand first product was launched in 1968.Today the name Bose Corporation turnover $600 million is synonym for sound systems.
